IP PTZ Camera with NDI®
1080 60P NDI|HX PTZ camera with 20x optical zoom
Equipped with a professional 1/2.8 inch image sensor, Lumens VC-A50PN produces excellent video output. The camera excels in difficult lighting conditions thanks to WDR (wide dynamic range), 3D noise reduction, advanced auto-focus, auto-exposure, and auto-white balance algorithms. These enable the A50PN to maintain a consistent output even while the camera is in motion or when the zoom angle changes.
Newtek's NDI®|HX was developed to allow video and audio sources to be shared bi-directionally across an Ethernet network. By leveraging standard IT and network infrastructures, NDI® reduces the cost of installation while accelerating the time required to set up and connect devices. Once installed on the network, each device is instantly available as a video and audio source. Lumens' 4K NDI PTZ camera is also available.
NDI®|HX is widely supported by many video conferencing applications and video production platforms. By adopting NDI, Lumens VC-A50PN works seamlessly with systems such as Newtek Tricaster, vMix, OBS Broadcast, and Telestream Wirecast. Each system can ingest, monitor, control, switch, record, and stream multiple NDI® camera sources.
Power is supplied through PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) or via a 12v DC input. Perfect for use in theaters, studios, conference rooms, and public meeting spaces, the VC-A50PN can be mounted to a floor stand, or suspended from the ceiling. The camera’s image flip mode instantly corrects the output when the camera is inverted.
The camera's settings and PTZ control functions can be managed via the IP, RS-232, and RS-422 ports. Supporting industry-standard NDI, VISCA, and PELCO-D protocols, the camera is compatible with a range of control hardware, making it easy to integrate the camera into your video and AV network.
For consistent results and faster operation, the camera stores up-to 128 presets. Activating a preset instantly applies user-defined settings for pan, tilt and zoom position, focus, exposure, and white balance. This allows the operator, for example, to automatically trigger a panning movement across a stage, a close-up focus on the presenter at the lectern, or a wide-angle shot.
